We’re excited to share that the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus (GLBC) is now accepting applications for our upcoming Capitol Academy Internship Program! Apply today to stake your first step into black advocacy and legislation.

This unique experience offers students the opportunity to:

Work directly with state legislators and staff during the legislative session.

Gain hands-on experience in policy, research, and constituent services.

Attend committee meetings, hearings, and networking events under the Gold Dome.

Develop leadership, communication, and professional skills that prepare you for a career in government, law, or public service.

Eligibility:
-
Current college students, graduate students or law students.

Strong interest in public policy, community engagement, or government.
-
Available to commit to a part-time schedule during the 2026 Legislative Session (January–March).
